Reese came into this world via C-section April 10,2010! Weighing 6Lbs 7oz she was perfect in every way.. even the doctor who delivered her said "she has the perfect little nose". From the moment I held her and saw her little face I was so in love. She was the cutest baby (of course I'm bias) but she really was! The day we got to bring her home was a beautiful spring day it could not have been more perfect! As first time parents we were nervous of course but Reese was such a content and happy baby :)
We could see from the start Reese was a thinker! She always had this serious look on her face like she was in deep thought. I'll never forget at around 6 months old she said "dada"! I was in shock but not surprised and then a month later on Halloween she blurted out "hi stinky dada"! We did manage to get it on video because nobody believed our 7 month old said a 3 word phrase but that was Reese!!
Fast forward to toddler-hood.. Reese was starting to really take an interest in letters and numbers at about 1 year old. Coincidentally she also stopped napping during the day.. her brain just wouldn't turn off! As her intellectual advances were taking place we were noticing a slowing down of her gross motor skills.
She did not walk until 15 months old and she was very off balance so we signed her up for gymnastics! She loved it and her instructor Ms. Victoria was excellent! She worked with her so well and Reese was making huge strides in her gross motor skills! I was so proud of her <3
So.. we decided Reese was ready for her first real vacation - GREAT WOLF LODGE!!! She love, love, loved it! It became her favorite place in the whole world! We ended up going back quite a few times and it was magical for her every time <3

By the time Reese started preschool at 3 years old she could already recite the alphabet, spell 10+ words and she knew all her colors and some shapes! She was also working on counting objects! She was evaluated by the CPSE and tested in some areas at a 14 year old level! She continued to receive PT and OT through preschool and she made amazing progress!
Aside from Great wolf lodge Reese's favorite things in the world were her stuffed animals! She would have adventures with them in her room! Her favorites were her KISS hello kitties! She never went any where without Kiss kitty (Kk)!! Yo gabba Gabbas, rockstar Mickey, Minnie ,Elmo, Olaf, Glowy her glow pet, Wiley from GWL, Blue (blues clues), Lamby, all her build a Bears and so many more. She was so cute we could never buy just one stuffed animal she always insisted they have a friend ️
She loved Air Trampoline and Bounce U! We often went to Dave n Busters and in the summer she LOVED splash splash! We would ride dinosaur falls all day!
Reese loved making up stories! I always thought she was going to be a writer. She started at around 3.. she would tell us the story and we would write it down and of course she would correct us if we made a mistake ;)
At bedtime we always had to read 3 books and tell 3 Reesie stories. I miss that so much!
We were a very close family always together and annoying her with kisses! She loved hugs and to cuddle. She would always climb into bed with us at night and first thing in the morning we couldn't start out day without a mommy Reesie snuggle.
Reese was such a sweet little girl and was loved by so many! She was especially close to her Mimi! Those two were joined at the hip! She was a lucky little girl that had 3 sets of grandparents that loved her so much! Mimi and Dan Dan, Memaw and Pepa, Pop pop and Grandma Paula.
There are so many things about Reese. She was so amazing in every way I think I literally could write a book! She was and is the best part of my life. I wouldn't be who I am today if not for Reese.
